Full time Henstedt-Ulzburg, Germany In the Operational Excellence team, you work with seven colleagues on the future of our production site. Together, it ensures smooth design transfer of new products, ensures the quality in the factory and continuously develops production processes, jobs and resources. Their technical know-how combines practical implementation and provides the basis for efficient and high-quality production. Your tasks: You ensure the operational readiness of the infrastructure, buildings, technical installations and equipment at the production site and coordinate the necessary maintenance and maintenance measures. You are engaged by external service providers and craftsmen on site and you are voting for measures with relevant specialist areas such as assembly, logistics, purchasing and quality management. You use assembly and testing devices, perform qualifications and maintenance and support in their validation and documentation. You build jobs and assembly lines, maintain them and implement measures from factory development and shopfloor management. You support method assembly, sample orders, prototypes and function patterns as part of the design transfer and document the results. You plan and coordinate orders from development projects and the LCM process and support their successful implementation in the production environment. Your qualifications: You have a successfully completed technical training or a comparable qualification and you have first years of professional experience in the field of production. You have experience in handling technical drawings and documentation as well as a distinct craftsmanship. You have practical experience in manual turning and milling machines as well as ideally in maintenance and in the technical plant environment. You are safe in handling MS Office and have first knowledge in ERP system, ideally proALPHA. You are convinced by an independent, structured way of working as well as pronounced social competence and team capacity. Ideally, you have a driving licence for industrial trucks and experience in handling technical equipment and equipment.
