Head of Project Management for SMEs (m/f/d)

Our client is a successful medium-sized industrial company with demanding customer-specific projects. To strengthen the leadership team, we are looking for an experienced personality as head of project management.

In this key position, you take over the technical and disciplinary management of the project management and, together with internal interfaces, ensure a timely, costly and quality-oriented implementation of demanding customer projects.

Professional and disciplinary leadership and strategic development of the project management department Planning, control and monitoring of complex projects over the entire project lifecycle Control of project processing from order intake to successful delivery Organization and support of customer collection Responsibility for project controlling, risk management and regular reporting to management Coordination of internal and external project participants as well as central contact for customers during the project term

Successfully completed studies in the technical or economic field or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional and leadership experience in the project management of a manufacturing industrial company Funded knowledge of project planning, cost management and resource management Embossed technical understanding combined with economic thinking Leadership, Communication Strength and Enforcement
