Head of the Department of Family and Education: There are 6 kitas with corresponding staff and employees in the specialist service 3.3. Advice and support of the kita lines and their teams in educational, organizational and management issues Specialized and supervised childcare facilities Conceptual planning and development (offerings in the children's workshops for children and families) within the specialist service Organisation, planning and implementation of working groups and training Participation in cross-member working groups and events, e.g. from the Groß-Gerau County Place assignment for the nursery and nursery area (in coordination with the respective lines and staff of the administration) Development and introduction of educational standards and quality management Development of structures and processes in the course of restructuring in the field of specialist services Cooperative cooperation with the department management and our external cooperation partners Budget responsibility for the allocated costs Administrative tasks (e.g. statutes, decision templates, operating permits, etc.) The distribution of tasks and business is a fundamentally dynamic process, so that adaptations of the task area remain reserved.

a completed study / completed training as a teacher, social pedagogue or a degree with comparable qualifications Experience in leadership positions and consulting as well as with conceptual pedagogical work and professional experience in public administration are desirable well-founded knowledge and experience in the field of early childhood education and development, a high degree of consulting competence and negotiation skills, communicative strength, social skills such as cooperation readiness in network work, ability of self-reflection as well as team skills, appreciation attitude and systemic perspective, willingness to also perceive appointments outside the usual working hours (sessions of the community bodies, parents' evenings, etc.), good knowledge of MS Office applications should be present
