Various support: You perform administrative and operational tasks around Organizational Development, HR and IT-Communication and keep your back on our team. HR tasks with responsibility: You take care of the creation of work certificates, organize training and support us in day-to-day business around personnel topics. Office and administrative topics: You will be involved in organizational tasks such as posts, office orders and other administrative topics. Creative design: You’ll start presentations, format templates and newsletters for our internal stakeholders and ensure a professional and appealing performance. Knowledge Management: You care, develop, and translate content of our digital knowledge database and keep our knowledge up to date. Own projects: You take smaller projects and tasks independently and can contribute your ideas directly.

Your educational path: You are currently studying business management, marketing, human resources management or a comparable degree program. Your strengths: You work structured, independent and reliable. Complex themes you bring to the point in a comprehensible and creative way and you want to take responsibility. Your profile: You communicate safely in German and English, master MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally have first experience with tools like Jira, Confluence or design programs.
