You are responsible for the targeted and result-oriented planning, coordination and control of the functional area, taking into account the overall banking objectives You are responsible for the personnel management and personnel deployment planning of your area of responsibility You are responsible for the selection and targeted incorporation of new employees You are responsible for the execution of non-performing credit commitments. Completed training to the bank businessman / wife and study bank academy or equivalent qualification (e.g. bank specialist or bank business manager or business studies). Alternative legal education or legal studies Multiannual experience and deep knowledge in credit processing/ enforcement/ insolvency proceedings Comprehensive knowledge of the legal requirements in the credit business (purchase law, termination rights, etc.), civil process order, insolvency order and forced auction law, and the regulatory requirements relating to the credit business in particular with regard to credit processing Management experience Good knowledge in handling banking IT systems Commitment and self-confident appearance and a high degree of self-responsibility Negotiation and enforcement strength along with consequences in action Very good work organization
