Strategic development of Food Safety Management and Health & Safety & Compliance Management Initiation and implementation of change processes Professional and disciplinary leadership, promotion and further development of employees Management of projects and active participation in cross-departmental projects Result-oriented management of responsibility Planning and implementation of measures to exploit cost savings potential Ensuring efficient processes, standards and methods as well as their continuous development Ensure meaningful reporting in the fields of compliance management (food safety/HACCP), food safety and health protection Implementation of internal and external audits Documentation of business processes Ensuring and continuous development of service quality taking into account internal and external customer requirements

Complete studies focusing on food safety, quality management, environmental management or a comparable qualification Long-standing leadership experience Very good knowledge in the food industry / IFS Food Standard Experience in a logistics company desirable Very good communication skills and persuasiveness Embossed target and result orientation Good knowledge of project management methods German knowledge fluent Very good English skills in word and writing
