HOUSE FOR KINDER SCHWABACH

Our team at Schwabach is looking forward to you! (Full time or parttime I limited to 2 years - with takeover option**)

In our house for children we serve up to 50 kindergarten children and 12 crib children with and without impairment.

Tasks

• With pleasure, experience and empathy, you will accompany and promote the children in everyday educational life and develop them continuously.
• You plan and document educational offers and align your actions with the individual needs and development levels of the children.
• In close cooperation with the medical education department, you are responsible for the education, education and care of children with and without impairment.
• They create a trusting and value-adding parental partnership and support families.
• With commitment, you will join an interdisciplinary team and actively contribute to an open, lively culture of diversity.

Your profile

• They have completed training as an educator (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally you bring experience in work with children in kindergarten age.
• With interest and joy, you will encounter inclusive educational work as well as children and families openly and appreciated.
• They like to work in the team and maintain a respectful and value-adding approach.
• Responsible work, reliability and communication skills complete your profile.
