Projektmanager (m/w/d) Moers | Full time As a staff member in the pay bill, you take over the preparation and reprocessing of the proper pay bill taking into account the tax and social insurance regulations and ensure that our fresh heroes receive their pay correctly and on time. Everything in sight! The collection of master and movement data in SAP HCM as well as the administration of working time and absence data in the time economy are your responsibility. How dare you! You are competent persons for employee issues relating to wage billing, time management and occupational pensions as well as for health insurance, tax office, social security institutions and other authorities and are responsible for reporting and certification. Run it all! You are responsible for the implementation, monitoring and control of collective bargaining and operational regulations in the pay accounting system and in the time economy. Numbers in the handle! In addition, you are responsible for the maintenance and distribution of standard reports and the production of personal statistics. In addition, you are involved in the optimization of internal HR processes, for example in the context of digital HR and accounting tools.

You have a completed commercial training, ideally with a further training to the payroll holder, or a comparable qualification. You already have well-founded professional experience in payroll accounting and time management and ideally also bring knowledge about SAP. If you do not have any experience in individual areas, you will nevertheless be convinced by a quick understanding and willingness to work in a dedicated manner. You have good knowledge of social security and tax law; Knowledge of labour law is advantageous. In addition to good MS Office knowledge, you will bring knowledge in a time management system and a pay settlement system; SAP knowledge is desirable. You are characterized by personal commitment, enforcement, team spirit and service orientation and reliability. Also in work-intensive phases, you keep humor, overview and precision.
