Your tasks:

Planning, monitoring and implementation of repair, maintenance and modification work on and in the building and technical equipment Working with the commissioning, monitoring and acceptance of works of contracted foreign companies Construction and rebuilding of furniture including repair of office and sitting furniture and relocation planning Implementation of outdoor activities and disposal activities Execution of control procedures and control and inspection books (checklists) Participation in the review and maintenance of the local fleet
