Are you looking for an internship where you can get to know the tasks of recruiting, work with a diverse team and gain exciting insights into other HR teams? Then take responsibility from August or by agreement for the following tasks: knowledge of applicant management as well as holistic support of all process steps, in particular in the perspective of applications and forwarding to the department Forming job advertisements and tendering on various job portals Cooperation with various stakeholders (professionals, applicants) and securing a positive Candidate Experience Takeover of research activities on current trends in talent management Cooperation with current recruiting projects and independent acquisition of subprojects

Study of Business Administration, Business Psychology, Economics or Social Sciences ideally with a focus on staff or in a comparable course of study First professional experience in the form of internships and work study activities Interest to illuminate and improve new topics in recruiting in all facets Good knowledge of English and MS-Office Communication strength and an independent operation
