Identification, analysis and evaluation of existing business processes with the aim of achieving efficiency improvements, cost reductions and quality improvements You develop customized process strategies that take into account best practices, regulatory requirements and market trends The implementation of new processes and applications of the BMS-CS are also part of the tasks, which is an exciting challenge. You test and analyze the GFG & market trends in process management and identify new business opportunities You bring your experience from consulting our clients into the further development of our applications

Additional further qualification is advantageous Professional experience: Multiannual experience in process management, ideally in the context of the cooperative financial group or in the management consultancy Expertise: Knowledge in process analysis, optimization and implementation Technical skills: Experience in the administration of agree21 & BWS are absolutely necessary Analytical skills: pronounced analytical and problem-solving skills to understand and improve complex processes Communication skills: ability to present and explain complex information clearly and concisely Project management: Experience in project management and implementation & implementation in banks Team skills: ability to work in interdisciplinary teams and motivate others
