Core tasks: Identification of new business opportunities, implementation of customer talks, presentations and contract negotiations, maintenance of sales pipeline Customer Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and promote repurchase Sales strategies: Development of strategies for addressing potential customers and optimising sales processes Coaching of the offer teams: support for all involved persons in the offer process incl. Development of Deal Strategies Pipeline management: Active management of sales pipeline, regular forecasting and reporting to sales management Offer creation and negotiations: Own-responsible creation and presentation of offers including price negotiations and contract conclusion
Sales experience in IT with proven success in large orders (over 1 million euros) Knowledge of sales strategies, CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) Basic understanding of IT services, cloud solutions, software development, SAP Excellent communication skills to illustrate complex IT solutions Ability to achieve results-oriented and value-adding cooperation with internal and external stakeholders Ability to effectively analyze customer problems and develop suitable solutions – including new areas for the CONET group – with moderation of solution creation through the performance fields Strong focus on achieving targets and increasing sales in the right topics based on corporate strategy German knowledge and good English skills
