Business Unit Manager – Leadership & Growth in International Plant Engineering (m/f/d)

In the course of an age succession, we are looking exclusively for a business division manager (m/w/d) in an indefinite direct job. In this central role, you take responsibility for the strategic, economic and operational development of a business unit. You lead an interdisciplinary team, manage complex projects in the international environment and contribute significantly to the sustainable positioning of the business unit in the market. • Strategic and operational overall responsibility for an international plant and mechanical engineering division • Leadership and further development of an interdisciplinary team and the development of a performance-oriented, value-adding culture • Responsibility for sales, earnings, quality and sustainable development • International customer management with occasional travel in Germany and abroad • Close cooperation with management, sales, technology and project management • Identification of market potentials and derivation and implementation of growth strategies

• Successfully completed technical or technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering) • Multiannual leadership and project experience in international machine or plant engineering • Understanding complex, investment-intensive technical products and systems • Experience in international sales or project business as well as dealing with global customers • Learning English and Intercultural Competence • Entrepreneurial thinking, sovereign appearance and ability to inspire and develop teams
