Technical Support Service Desk Employee (m/f/d)

You are the first contact point for our customers from Germany, Austria and the German-speaking Switzerland and receive technical requests by phone friendly and competent. You check and complete customer data and collect all relevant information in the ticket system – so you can ensure a smooth support process. You answer simple technical and organizational questions about the EPLAN products yourself and help our customers with this at first contact. You will take the qualified first of support requests: You describe the problem clearly and structured and then forward the ticket to the relevant EPLAN Support specialists. With this you are an important part of our ticket routing process and make sure that every request lands quickly with the right expert.

Completed commercial – technical training or similar qualification Ideally first experience in telephone customer service, preferably in a technical environment Safe handling of common office applications as well as initial knowledge in handling a ticket system Embossed customer orientation combined with basic technical understanding Organizational talent with structured working and fun at work in a team Strong communication skills in conversation with our customers and the team Very good German knowledge in word and writing, supplemented by basic English knowledge
