settlement of orders and active inventory management Optimization of the supplier structure and ensuring cost-optimal inventory management for storage products Further development of procurement logistics with regard to delivery rhythms and delivery times Date tracking and ensuring reliable supplier performance Interface management and information exchange between purchasing, logistics and sales with regard to recovery times and time delays Development of solutions proposals for bottlenecks and coordination with the departments concerned Examination, processing and control of order confirmations

completed commercial training, an economic study or a comparable qualification First professional experience in operational purchasing Good knowledge in handling goods and ERP systems Practical experience in procurement logistics Experience in the evaluation, optimization and implementation of processes - ideally also in the context of project management tasks Embossed communication and team skills, combined with a structured and solution-oriented approach Good knowledge of English in word and writing, further foreign language is advantageous
