OUR CUSTOMERS

Our customer is a leading CDMO company in the pharmaceutical industry. Its services include the production of pharmaceuticals in various dosage forms, the production of clinical Test materials including API and pharmaceutical Product development.

WE BEEPS

• Remuneration between €18.00 and €20.00 per hour Basis of the DGB-Tarif contract as well as the TV BZ Chemistry – dependent of qualifications and professional experience in an average monthly working hours of approx. 162.5 hours

• regular wage increases according to TV BZ Chemie according to respective duration of use

• Regular working hours from Monday to Friday in the 2-shift system with early shift from 06:00 to 14:00 and late shift from 14:00 to 22:00; in the case of operational needs, an additional Use in the night shift from 22:00 to 06:00

• Additional 25 % shift supplements for night work and 100% for holiday work

REQUIREMENTS

• You take over the operation, installation and monitoring of packaging machines and provide a smooth and trouble-free packaging process safe
• They perform setup, conversion and adjustment work on the packaging systems according to the respective production and Packaging requirements
• You edit, check and document application-related Manufacturing and assembly documents taking into account the applicable operational requirements
• You take manual sorting, packaging and assembly work and ensure compliance predefined quality standards
• You take samples, perform in-process controls according to the Preparation logs and document the results in accordance with the applicable quality guidelines
• You monitor the ongoing packaging processes, recognize Deviations or disturbances at an early stage and conduct the necessary Measures in accordance with operational requirements
• They maintain the packaging systems and carry out the necessary Cleaning measures in the context of product and order changes carefully through
• You document all production and packaging steps complete and comprehensible taking into account the applicable GMP and operating guidelines
• They provide consistent compliance with all applicable quality, Health, safety and safety regulations in pharmaceutical production environment safe

PROFIL

• They ideally have a closed Vocational training, for example as a machine and plant leader (m/w/d), Pharmakant (m/w/d), Chemikant (m/w/d), Produktionsfachkraft Chemistry (m/w/d) or a comparable technical qualification
• Alternatively, you can bring multi-year practical professional experience than Production staff / Production staff in industrial production environment, ideally in operation and monitoring of production or packaging plants
• knowledge in the GMP-regulated production environment and in handling current production, quality and documentation standards are of advantage
• A good technical and mechanical understanding and experience in the handling of production plants and automated Manufacturing processes
