Finance staff (m/f/d)

Participation in ongoing financial accounting with a focus on debitor and creditor accounting as well as the collection, testing and accounting of documents Support and coordination of debitor, creditor and property accounts including account clarification and coordination with internal and external contact persons Support for receivable management including dunning and clearing of open items Participation in preparatory activities and in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Support in operational controlling, in particular in cost center and earnings analyses, as well as in the production of reports, key figures and management reports Cooperation in planning, budgeting, forecasting and ad hoc evaluations Support abroad companies Care, optimization and further development of financial-related processes and workflows as well as support in their digitalization and automation Close cooperation with management, financial accounting and adjacent departments

Completed training in the field of financial accounting, accounting, taxation, or comparable commercial background At least 5 years of professional experience in financial and accounting, including experience in debitor management Safe handling of ERP and banking systems Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Team spirit, reliability and a pronounced hands-on mentality
