Technician Refrigeration Technology - Air Conditioning Technology / Project Planning / Customer Service (m/w/d)

Together with our more than 200 employees at 21 locations in Germany and abroad, we design the growth market climate, cold and heat pump technology. They are responsible for the technical design of plant components and work out customer-specific solutions. They are responsible for the independent planning and project planning of composite and special installations as well as of air conditioning and VRF systems. Calculate independently and create the tailor-made offers and keep them in mind. They serve and advise our new and existing customers by telephone to guarantee the highest customer satisfaction. In addition, you enrich our branch with your technical knowledge and support our sales services. You will receive ongoing training to always be up-to-date. This enables you to inform our customers about the latest product innovations and exclusive promotions.

You have successfully completed your technician or master in the field of refrigeration technology (e.g. as a technician for refrigeration and air conditioning technology, refrigeration plant engineer or the like) or alternatively you have completed your studies with a focus on refrigeration and air conditioning technology. The first relevant professional experience in the field of refrigeration and/or air conditioning is a prerequisite. In addition to your technical understanding, you are distinguished by your commercial understanding, negotiation skills and enforcement ability. With your strong hands-on mentality, your high self-initiative and your communicative way, you strengthen our team. You have a class B driving licence to be able to accompany your customers on site ideally if necessary.
