Ensuring trouble-free operation of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary facilities Implementation of inspections, maintenance and technical tests on HKLS plants Regular monitoring and evaluation of the technical state of the building infrastructure Execution of repairs, repairs and minor optimization measures on building equipment Support of technical operations and close cooperation with the local customer

Completed training as plant mechanic SHK, plant mechanic Heating Air conditioning Sanitation, gas and water heater, central heating and ventilation engineer or mechatronic for refrigeration technology First experience in building technology, in technical building management, facility management or in technical service Embossed service and customer orientation as well as reliable and team-oriented working Good knowledge of German at least level B2 Class B driving licence
