IT Support Technician (m/f/d)

Then become part of Leyton Germany in Düsseldorf and support our team with technical know-how, communication skills and a clear look for pragmatic solutions. Your mission to Leyton Leyton is an international consultancy with over 3,000 employees in 18 countries. We support companies in financially promoting their innovation and sustainability projects – and our IT is the basis for efficient work. You work closely with our international IT team, but in Germany you are the only IT contact for our 150 employees. With this you take a central role for the smooth IT operation on site and are the first point of contact for all technical questions at our location in Düsseldorf. Whether laptop setup, software malfunction or user management – you make sure that our colleagues are able to work quickly again when it comes to hakt. Remote work is not provided in this position.

You accept support requests via phone, email and our ticket system and reliably document your solutions You diagnose and fix incidents in first and second level support (hard and software) You install, configure and maintain jobs, printers and peripherals You manage user accounts (system, deletion, access rights) and enter IT assets You write simple technical documentation and help standardize internal processes You actively support internal IT projects and contribute to process optimization You work closely with the international IT team – in German and English

Experience in IT support (1st/2nd level) or in a comparable role Safe handling of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments Knowledge of network technologies and tools such as GLPI are beneficial Technical understanding, analytical thinking and structured working Organisational skills, sense of responsibility and desire to actively shape things Very good German knowledge (C1) and technical English for international communication (min. B2) You are ready for 100% presence at Düsseldorf. You will visit another German site every month.
