You analyze existing financial and personnel processes of our client:inside, identify optimization potentials, define the SOLL state and accompany the implementation You analyze existing work processes within the firm and identify optimization potentials You support the development and implementation of the digital strategy in close cooperation with the firm management You train and support colleagues in the introduction of new software solutions and digital working methods You recognize trends and innovations in the field of IT and digitalization to drive continuous improvements

You have already gained first professional experience as a tax specialist:r in a tax consultancy law firm and successfully completed the training as a specialist in digitization and IT processes You know well with the DATEV online solutions and also have experience with the classic DATEV programs (invoicing, LODAS, tax programs, etc.) You have the pleasure of simplifying or automating processes and workflows using digital solutions You have a high level of problem solving skills and are not afraid to deal with new software solutions regularly You bring team skills, communication strength and a high degree of self-initiative
