Your duties Effective application of Lean methods and tools such as SFM, Gemba, Value Stream Mapping & Design, 5S, KPI & Performance Management and waste analysis: As a specialist, you are responsible for developing innovative concepts and actively anchoring the Lean culture in the company while guaranteeing the support of management and employees. Management is a pioneer and an example of Lean philosophy.

Introduction and further development of the method and tool set by training and workshops for employees in all positions, as well as carrying out workshops on work organisation and operations in the field of operations with subsequent implementation.

Conception and implementation of lean strategies to reduce production costs, increase quality and maximize productivity.

Analysis of production data to identify potential for improvement

Accompany internal operational excellence audits and formulate specific measures.

Support in the introduction and daily management of KPIs to measure Lean Performance, as well as compiling reports and presentations on the documentation of progress and results of Lean Initiatives

As a Lean Operations expert, you are able to use a high level of space to start and carry out independent improvement projects. They are empowered to make decisions regarding the implementation of Lean methods and to cooperate directly with managers and employees to initiate strategic changes.

The Lean Operations Expert/KVP Expert is responsible for implementing Lean methods for optimizing production processes. These include the identification of waste, the guidance and implementation of value flow analyses and the development of measures to increase efficiency and the necessary cultural change.

Higher education as a mechanical or economic engineer with focus on process engineering/production management

Deep experience in the field of lean management, preferably in the cutting mass production of medical technology or for an automotive supplier or a comparable, regulated industry

Proofably successfully completed projects in the field of continuous improvement and lean management

LEAN / SixSigma or a comparable additional qualification, experience required in project and change management

English and German knowledge of oral and written communication

Representative communication and implementation competence
