For the packaging of our popular products, as a workshop manager:in with your approx. 20 employees secure the plant availability of our packaging machine park Your expertise also contributes to sustainable process development – including support for plant planning and technical projects You constantly monitor and optimize processes of your task area Targeted, perform data evaluations regarding repair and setup times as well as machine shutdown times to cause and vulnerability analysis to increase machine availability In addition, you are responsible for the spare part management And you are in close contact with the technical leadership you report to, as well as with our other works to benefit from mutual experience

Multiannual professional experience in the maintenance of an industrial plant, ideally in the food industry Experience in leading employees paired with your joy to make decisions A completed technical training to master:in or state-tested technician:in the basis of your success Good knowledge of SAP and at best in Auto CAD Excellent analyseability, hand-on mentality and solution-oriented thinking to cope with everyday professional life Enforcement and social competence complete all this
