Leadership, motivation and further development of the small HR team Total responsibility for personnel along the entire Employee Lifecycle – from recruiting and onboarding to personal administration and personnel development to offboarding Advising and supporting management and executives in labour, collective, organisational and personal matters Further development, standardization and digitalization of efficient, secure and service-oriented HR processes and structures Responsibility for HR controlling, budget planning, resetting and implementation of legal and collective changes Confidential cooperation with the Works Council and preparation, design and follow-up of relevant topics Active support of change and improvement processes

Complete business studies focusing on human resources management or comparable qualifications with relevant professional experience in human resources Multiannual experience in a generalistic HR function, ideally with leadership responsibility and strong consulting skills towards executives Very good knowledge of working law and well-founded experience in dealing with tariff structures (TVöD-VKA) and in the constructive works council work Practice in the further development of modern personnel work, HR controlling, budget planning and in the digitization of HR processes Resilience and experience in dealing with mentally ill people Communication-strong, binding and sovereign personality with sense of responsibility, conflictability, high service orientation and team orientation Value-oriented, empathic and resilient management personality with design willingness, enthusiasm, strategic thinking and pragmatic solution orientation
