In this function, you will understand yourself as a translator between the subject area and software development. You advise our internal customers about your projects to introduce and further develop various IT systems in terms of sales processes, such as offer, customer order, payment, invoice, return etc. You develop technical concepts (including permissions, interfaces, integration of existing systems) and take on co-ordinative tasks from idea/preliminary analysis to commissioning. In addition, you support the process modeling. The implementation of system settings (Customizing/Parametrization/Translation) is also thematic of your task. In addition, you will ensure that the operation is properly supported (Incident & Problem Management, 2nd and 3rd level support).

More important than your degree programme are your accumulated experience in the SAP project environment. Customer-oriented ordering processes and inventory management including relevant master data have already been content of your projects for you. Ideally, the SAP retail environment is not strange to you. You understand that our internal customers are not only professionally advised and persuaded, but also to advance the team through your expertise. In addition to knowledge in the field of SAP SD, you will ideally bring first experiences with REST interfaces.
