Presentation of the impact and development of countermeasures Creation of presentations and documents for corporate bodies (metrics, project controlling, graphic evaluations) Ensuring regular updating of SQL databases and the ERP system Wodis (e.g. mid-term planning, technical inventory database) Active participation in the annual closing process Provision of relevant information for accounting (open invoices, return list, position report) Planning and tracking of the decarbonization strategy Follow-up of funding application and receipt Ad hoc analyses and benchmark calculations

Complete studies in the field of business management, economic engineering, real estate management or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in controlling, ideally in housing or real estate Knowledge of investment and economic planning and reporting Very good knowledge in Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot) and PowerPoint Knowledge of the ERP system Aareon ''Wodis Sigma'' or Aareon ''Yuneo'' Experience in the financial process and cooperation with accounting and auditors Embossed Analytical Thinking Power and Structured Operation Secure appearance against management, bodies and external stakeholders Loadability and timeliness, especially in report-intensive phases (monthly completion, financial statements, economic planning) Analytical thinking and a pronounced solution orientation Communication at eye level
