Teaching in the module Practical reflection (max. 5 SWS) incl. Complete Bachelor and Master Programme in Social Work Knowledge of the theory-practice relationship and scientific quality standards Multiannual professional experience, preferably in work areas of social work High level of self-initiative and self-responsibility and organisational skills Communication and cooperation skills as well as experience in dealing with diverse teams are desirable project and management experience Pedagogical-Didactic Skills and Presentation Competence, Teaching Experiences in Adult Education or Universities Experience with research and evaluation methods and research and Evaluation projects Founded MS Office knowledge Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Also desirable is a supervision or coaching training, possibly associated with a conflict-moderation qualification
