System Engineer Identity Access Management (m/w/d)

As part of the OBI Group, we – the OBI Smart Technologies – take over all services relating to information technology topics across the Group. In IT we take care of many thousands of international users: inside and cover the entire range of IT worlds. As an IAM System Engineer (m/w/d), you are part of the IT infrastructure and develop effective security levels between users:insides focusing on local or cloud-based applications and data.

You develop and are leading in the implementation of a future-oriented IAM strategy and a holistic target architecture

You design and manage the design of IAM solutions (e.g. Identity Lifecycle Management, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Federation, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Here you work closely with Information Security, IT Security, Compliance and other specialist departments to ensure regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR)

You support the introduction and further development of the IAM solution and other technologies

You have several years of experience (> 5 years) in the field of architecture, design and implementation of IAM solutions

You bring profound knowledge into common IAM (Cloud) technologies

You have deep understanding of security standards, authentication and authorization protocols (e.g. SAML, OIDC, OAuth2, Kerberos, LDAP)

You define knowledge of compliance and audit requirements in the IAM context

You are strong in communication both in German and English
