You can bring the profile as a machining mechanic (m/w/d):

(m/w/d) or comparable training with professional experience as a lathe (m/w/d) or milling cutter (m/w/d)

• Prerequisite experience in handling CNC-controlled manufacturing machines
• Knowledge of programming, setup and monitoring required
• Safe handling of test and measurement equipment
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Team skills

Your tasks as a machining mechanic (m/w/d):

• Inserting, clamping and aligning of workpieces in processing machines in individual production with special material or Special types
• Fixing and monitoring the workflow and support for the series component programs
• Correction for deviations
• Elimination of faults and causes of malfunction
• Self-responsive and independent production of our cast iron and milling parts, steel, stainless steel etc.
• Operating, holding, waiting and optimization of CNC machines
• Creating and possibly correcting simple CNC programs
• Manufacture of parts and assemblies for our mechanical engineering on conventional machines (turning and milling)
• Set up and measure tools
• Monitor production processes, including documentation and quality assurance in the team
