Your tasks

• Processing of administrative HR processes taking into account the applicable tariff, tax, social insurance and labour laws
• creation of employment contracts, accompanying letters, installation of personal files
• Changes in contract (activity, pay, working hours, maternity protection, etc.)
• Administrative tasks such as general correspondence, reporting and certification, maintenance of personal files and post-processing

That's what you bring

• A completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in personnel management is desirable
• specialist knowledge in labour, wage and social security law
• Knowledge in MS Office, ideally also SAP-HCM
• Team and communication skills as well as service and service orientation
