Conducting customer-oriented onboardings of global DACHSER customers in the DACHSER platform as well as guiding regular training and support in all questions Create a detailed roll-out plan with milestones, responsibilities and tasks Coordination with internal teams such as requirements management, product development and operations Continuous cooperation with customers (internal and external) to improve product development and ensure customer satisfaction Link between product development and users Building a Knowledge Database and Creating Support Documentation

Complete studies in information management, business management or comparable qualification, as an alternative technical training or experience in technically oriented customer service (e.g. e-commerce or SaaS) Professional experience in customer or customer success management, ideally in the environment of web platforms or SaaS, as well as experience in launching software products desirable Analytical skills to identify customer needs and develop suitable solutions as well as high service and customer orientation Representative IT affinity and interest in digitalization and new media Structured and careful working and self-organization capability Loadability and flexibility Communication strength in German and English
