They conduct audits and certifications of factory-owned production controls as well as quality management and quality assurance systems - according to national and international standards - on behalf of accredited or notified bodies. They test welding operations according to relevant regulations such as ISO 3834, AD 2000 HP0 and EN 15085 for rail vehicle construction. They are responsible for the certification of material manufacturers for semi-finished products according to the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) and AD 2000 W0. They evaluate manufacturers within the framework of the Construction Products Regulation (CPR), in particular for supporting components according to EN 1090 as well as metallic basic and welding additives according to EN 13479. They examine manufacturers of equipment and fittings in the scope of the PED and TPED as well as manufacturers in accordance with the national regulations as part of their activities as a PÜZ site. The review of pipeline construction companies according to GW 301 can also be part of your task. They actively participate in professional team meetings and carry out further testing tasks in the field of printing equipment, materials and welding technology if necessary.
