You take over the individual development and leadership of your employees You are responsible for the capacity planning and strategic orientation of the department You control and manage the project portfolio of your department You are responsible for good customer relationships, which is why you provide high customer satisfaction in connection with your project portfolio through targeted measures. As a manager, communicate and check the project stands and compliance with the rules and processes; you regularly report to the branch management Teamwork is important to us! You have a successfully completed academic degree (uni‐diplom/master) in the fields of architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable technical engineering or a 4-year relevant professional activity after successfully completed Bachelor/FH diploma of the above-mentioned disciplines Further requirements: Leadership is your passion and you can demonstrate at least two years of experience in a comparable senior position (disciplinary and professional leadership of at least five employees) You have a pronounced IT confession and the common Microsoft Office tools are sure to control you (SAP knowledge is advantageous) Because of your strong communication skills combined with negotiation skills and enforcement skills, you understand selling ideas and goals and inspiring people In addition to your strong management skills, a high degree of empathy and the pronounced ability to entrepreneurial and strategic thinking and acting complete your profile You bring with them certain knowledge of German, which correspond at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing) and possess the ability and willingness to guide a service-fz You have the willingness to review the safety “Ü1 to Ü3” under the safety review law NRW Only for internal applicants: You have a successfully completed academic degree (Uni-Diplom/Master). Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E13 Group to the E15 TV‐L (approximately 65.000,00 € – approx. 94.000,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions). A status-like takeover of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 15 LBesO A.
