As a direct contact for the Warehouse customers, you take care of your customer's daily business independently and independently. You are responsible for the master data management of the assigned customers. You communicate with the forwardings regarding loading space, etc. The customs theme rounds off your area of responsibility. This includes: collections of customs goods, bookings in the customs program, creation of shipping documents (AE, T1).

You have completed a commercial training, ideally a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services. You have already collected relevant experience in storage or supply chain. You have good knowledge of MS Office and work quickly into new programs. You also have good knowledge of German and English. Number affinity and analytical thinking is one of your strengths. You work independently, customer- and solution-oriented, show willingness to perform and possess good communicative skills.
