Team lead and control portfolio: You lead an expert team of personnel and organizational development, set clear priorities and align your team with strategy-compliant and effective on the basis of systematic needs assessments. Future-oriented competence development: You identify new competence requirements – for example through transformation processes in the production environment, new technologies or modern leadership approaches – and translate them into targeted initiatives and measures. Culture of learning and change: You strengthen self-learning competence, self-responsibility, readiness to change and innovative capacity and create a learning culture in which continuous learning is a natural part of everyday work. Accompany leadership in change: You design and control development and dialogue formats for executives and advise them specifically in dealing with change and transformation requirements. Making transformation effective: With different interfaces, You design the transversal transformation management, develop communication and participation formats, establish KPIs for action control and ensure the continuous development of all measures.

Completed studies in a relevant area such as personnel or organizational development, economic / organizational psychology (or comparable) Multiannual leadership experience, ideally in personnel and/or organisational development or in an environment with strong change processes Funded know-how in change and organization management as well as in management development and the design of modern personal development formats Impressed communication and consulting skills as well as pleasure in carrying out workshops to safely accompany people and teams through change Strategic view and cultural sense combined with high transposition and hands-on mentality
