Creation of monthly pay bills taking into account the respective tax and social insurance requirements Management and billing of social benefits and special cases (company pension provision, special payments, different types of employment, service wheel, benefit program, health promotion etc.) Self-employed implementation of annual accounts and fixed charges Senior Consultant (m/w/d) and Management Compilation of analyses, standard reports/reports, including personal statistics, provisions, annual accounts, and their evaluations Project related work Organizing, managing and monitoring the pay billing Preparation and processing of payment data and allowances Monitoring and control of pay bills and staff-time bills Collection of time records (e.g. holiday, illness, time corrections)
