Facility Manager - Children and Youth Area (m/w/d)

For our customers, a well-known institution of a child and youth institution, we are looking for you as a facility manager (m/w/d). The facility is located near Golzlow. • They promote a positive and respectful working atmosphere in the housing groups through a trusting cooperation with parents, support schools, service providers, authorities, clinics/medicals and therapists. - Ensuring the transferred administrative tasks in compliance with legal regulations for child and youth care - organisation of educational and leisure activities to promote social, emotional and cognitive skills - management of the institution in business matters (budget planning & responsibility, personnel planning and their control) - Active quality management promotion

• completed university studies of social work, social education, psychology or social management or a comparable degree of study - at least three years of professional experience in the care of children and young people with disabilities and have comprehensive social-legal knowledge (including SGB II, VIII, IX, XII) - Documentation and planning strength
