Responsibility for the operational and strategic management of the business unit Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees including targeted promotion through regular Employee talks, target agreements and individual development measures Development, coordination and implementation of strategic objectives in close cooperation with the management and management of the sector Creation of internal monthly and annual accounts and regular reporting to the management Planning, monitoring and control of annual budgets and annual forecasts Continuous controlling to ensure economic achievement Participation in the acquisition of new projects as well as in contract design, adaptation and extension Continuous development of the performance portfolio with focus on efficiency enhancement and cost optimization Ensuring sustainable economic stability and long-term entrepreneurial success

Complete study of business management or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in leadership or a comparable position – ideally in the operational project environment Safe handling of current MS Office applications and other commercial software solutions A holistic understanding of operational processes – also from a legal and technical perspective Impressed leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and bind people in the long term Personally, you are convinced by a sovereign appearance, negotiation skills, self-initiative, a structured and targeted way of working as well as pronounced organizational and communicative skills
