You carry out risk assessments for our customers in the context of commercial and industrial property insurance. In addition to the evaluation of plant-type-specific processes and procedures, it is necessary to assess the existing fire protection, the risk of burglary, elementary events and damage potentials and the risk of tap water. You will document the results of the visit with the aim of preventing damage in the context of inspection and prevention reports. You create building value determinations: With the execution of building value determinations on site, you help in the correct determination of the insurance sums for our customers. Their know-how is in demand: You support the underwriting, keep the risks of future and progress in mind, evaluate and support the planning of necessary protective measures and develop contributions to the areas of fire, burglary theft, natural hazards, tap water and/or building value determination from a technical point of view for the dissemination in the company through training or publications. You keep up to date and their colleagues: You hold specialized training, value professional publications and visit information events and communicate about it.

Education: You have a successfully completed university degree in the field of electrical engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, architecture, security technology, industrial engineering or a comparable technical qualification. Experiences: You bring practical experience in the risk assessment of industrial processes/sach risks and have extensive experience in assessing and evaluating fire protection concepts or intrusion detection systems. Knowledge: You are routined in dealing with the common office applications.
