Description Your tasks Ensuring a smooth operating process at the Mannheim site Responsibility for service planning, operational control and personnel management in the assigned team Creation, updating and monitoring of service and work instructions Motivation, training and further development of employees Quality assurance and implementation of internal audits (e.g. according to VdS 3138, EN 50518) Monitoring of alarm reception and telephony systems, coordination of intervention measures Control of the contractually agreed services and processing of customer complaints Interface to project management, technology and sales – Ensure efficient processes Support for customer support, offering and process optimization

Qualifications What we expect: Complete training in the field of safety (e.g. protection and safety, GSSK) or equivalent qualification Multiannual experience in an emergency call and service control centre or in the operational security service First leadership experience in personnel management or team management desirable Security understanding and knowledge in control and alarm technology Safe in handling MS Office, WFM tools and control center software (e.g. alarm reception or telephony systems) Team-oriented, solution-oriented and binding occurrence Willingness to shift and flexible working hours Very good German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge of advantage Identification with the values honesty, attention and helpfulness
