The MEDIAN Vesalius-Klinik Bad Rappenau is a powerful rehabilitation clinic with 291 beds, in which stationary and semi-stationary rehabilitation measures as well as connection healing treatments are carried out. Our clinic specialises in the rehabilitation of orthopaedic and psychosomatic patients. We are now looking for a qualified and committed personality as chief physician for orthopedics (m/w/d)

You take over the medical, nursing and therapeutic management of the department Orthopaedics and VMO/VOR or MBOR. You develop the field of expertise with respect to economic aspects and innovative therapeutic concepts. Together with the commercial management and the psychosomatic chief physician, you are responsible for the operating business of the entire clinic and are responsible for it to the wearer and feather guide. You represent the clinic inwards and outsides, actively foster networks and participate in the strategic development of the site. You control the medical quality standards and develop them further.

You are a specialist (m/w/d) for orthopedics or orthopedics and trauma surgery. Ideally, you conduct the additional name of social medicine and/or rehabilitation. You are ideally convincing as a human, team-capable personality with leadership experience as a senior physician or chief physician. You understand how to guide teams, motivate and develop them professionally. You appreciate communication with people and interdisciplinary cooperation in the institution as well as trusting cooperation with the associated specialist area.
