The centre is about 55 kilometres west of Munich and about 38 kilometres south of Augsburg. Complete university studies with the discipline of architecture, civil engineering, real estate, urban planning, urban development or comparable university degree with a focus on building technology Qualification for the fourth level of qualification of the field of natural science and technology or completion in the engineering administration service Long-term professional experience in a public administration or in the planning and construction sector and well-founded experience in project management of construction projects Multi-year leadership experience Embossed conceptual, design and organizational skills Communicative strength, enforcement and sovereign occurrence Strategic thinking with a high degree of citizen orientation and common sense
