Complete transfer of functional buildings to our customers, as well as continuous consultation beyond the time of use Preparation of ongoing optimization proposals to ensure successful commissioning Planning and coordination of the commissioning processes of buildings taking into account the guidelines according to AHO and commissioning management according to VDI 6039 or similar performance pictures Ensuring the quality and functionality of the building systems as well as maintaining appointments Monitoring and coordination of all professional participants during the commissioning process, as well as the extensive acceptance processes Supporting the transfer of documentation to the technical facilities as well as training/instructions for operators Support for the acquisition of new projects

Completed studies or completed training (master/technician) in the field of energy and building technology, building automation, electrical or communication technology or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in a similar task Interest in cooperation in a new strategic group Basic knowledge of building regulations and technical building equipment High social competence and respectful handling of all project participants Experience in the timely evaluation of functional processes High team capacity and expressive ability to prioritize as well as independent and structured work Extraordinary motivation, hand-on mentality and a high level of learning Self-conscious and binding, sovereign appearance Very good expressiveness and formulation in German, as oral and written communication belongs to our To-Do's internally and externally daily High readiness for professional and personal development
