Consultancy competence: expert advice according to the RLP KitaG and the BEE as well as according to diocesan concepts such as the Pastoral Guidelines, the quality seal of children and family centers and the mission of Unikathe Quality development: initiation and support of value-oriented processes of quality and organizational development Crisis Intervention: Support in managing and monitoring crisis situations Professionalization work: Planning and participation in exchange formats, management conferences and educational projects

Qualification: Complete study of social education (Diplom, Bachelor, Master) or a comparable degree Early education: knowledge of early childhood education and development Conceptual strength: Experience in the development of value-oriented concepts and quality standards desirable Consultancy and moderation skills: ability to consult individuals and groups and to moderate processes Communication & Organization: Embossed communication skills, organisational skills and networking competence Personal strengths: self-employment, team capacity and constructive handling of conflicts Digital competence: Safe handling of PC standard software and Internet applications Mobility: Class B driving licence
