Employer Brand Specialist (m/f/d)

Strategy: Conception, development and control of an integrated employer-brand strategy for the companies of the Schwarz Group (including PPE and positioning) – coordinated with the company brand Candidate Experience: Ensuring and continuous optimization of a consistent presence along the entire candidate and employee journey Target groups: definition of relevant target groups (e.g. students, professionals, internal talents) and measures to increase awareness Commitment: Control of cross-group survey initiatives and derivation of employee engagement measures Reporting: Monitoring and reporting of central KPIs as well as benchmarking and deriving strategic optimizations Stakeholder Management: Management of external service providers and close coordination with internal stakeholders as well as participation in building a governance structure

Successfully completed university studies Multiannual professional experience in the field of employer branding, brand communication or personal marketing Strong conceptual thinking combined with practical feasibility Excellent communication and presentation skills Analytical understanding and experience with KPI-based monitoring Readiness to travel to university sites and events
