We are looking for a Junior Project Manager (m/w/d) for the planning, design and implementation of trade fair appearances and interior fittings at the next time in Stuttgart.

Frictionless and timely implementation of projects in the field of trade fair and interior design Support for briefing talks with customers (no sales) Coordination with customers, suppliers and our internal specialist departments such as costing, purchasing, design and engineering Design, approval and execution planning in plan and view Project and milestone management from project definition to realization Monitoring project costs, cost sharing and control in the ongoing process Ensuring quality and customer satisfaction Identification of risks and introduction of countermeasures in ongoing project progress

Successfully completed architectural/internal architecture studies, as an alternative completed technical or craft training as a carpenter, machine or Metal builders and wood technicians First professional experience or completed internships in project management for trade fair, event, shop or exhibition construction Technical understanding of a dynamic product Routinized handling of MS teams and ideally CAD (Vectorworks) or ERP (Navision) Negotiating knowledge in German and English, ideally further language skills readiness to travel Organizational and communication talent for complex (international) projects Readiness to learn and quick understanding
