E‐Learning & Content Production: You support the creation of digital learning modules with authoring tools and provide insight videos, film recordings and podcasts (planning, production, post-processing). In addition, you will start test questions and schedules and work with smaller AI-based tasks such as formulations, layout ideas or research support. Image and media work: In addition, you will take over the search and selection of suitable images for e-learnings as well as the adaptation and easy processing of visuals. You support the media preparation for courses, videos or presentations. Quality assurance: You check learning modules for comprehensibility, structure, logic and user-friendliness and test functions, navigation and interactions. The creation of structured feedback and documentation of optimization suggestions is also in your task area. Organizational & content support: Last but not least, you take the content research (e.g. product information, internal processes, regulatory themes) and in support for internal users, e.g. for course access or content queries.

You work structured, precise and have a pronounced sense of speech. You have a good eye for design, user-friendliness (UX) and visual quality. You are also a registered student:in – for example in the fields of pedagogy, media design, German, information sciences, media informatics or a comparable creative, didactic or digital study program. In addition, you are interested in working with author tools and editing programs. You want to actively shape modern learning formats – videos, interactive modules, micro-learnings and more. You are open to working in new tools and creative processes. Ideally, you have first experiences in creating learning materials, editorial works or multimedia projects. First contact points with the insurance industry or insurance products – e.g. through internships, secondary jobs, study content or private knowledge are of advantage.
