In Application Operation Billing, we are responsible for the correct, complete and punctual billing for consumer and enterprise customers: inside, service providers, roaming partners and other network operators. These include quality assurance measures to avoid, detect and correct errors on customer bills. The solution is found in coordination with internal contractors:inside/specialised areas and in part with internal and external suppliers. As part of the project work we are working on the best possible solution for Vodafone and our customers. We create individual reports and carry out complex analyses that require special know-how.

As a Senior Expert Billing, you will develop strategies to ensure the results of the sub-process in question within the process of ''recreation'' with the aim of increasing efficiency and effectiveness. You work strategically in complex and international projects to ensure the results of the responsible sub-process as well as the area objectives. You initiate and process projects throughout your cycle and bring them to decision-making. You are responsible for the design and coordination of processes and processes including SLA and KPI definition. You tax national and international suppliers and partners and conduct reviews of services and SLA reports. You regularly support the department in different internal bodies and with the partners:into the coordination and implementation of process changes.

What distinguishes you: Complete study with a focus on information technology or economic engineering (or comparable qualification). At least 5 years of professional experience in the operation and/or the further development of complex system landscapes, ideally in telecommunications or in comparable accounting domains. Comprehensive process and IT skills in telecommunications and very good ITIL skills. Expressed analytical, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking and action. Experience in managing stakeholders and in cooperation with national and international partners:inside, supplier:inside and service providers. Self-employed, customer- and service-oriented work and diplomatic skills. Knowledge in script and automation languages (e.g. Shell/Python) as well as safe handling of databases and analysis tools are advantageous. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (min. C1 to GER).

This body can be exercised in fulltime or full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).
