First experiences in customer support and in SAP are desirable, but not provided. You also work structured and independent, and are self-initiative.

Your tasks: Booking customer orders & monitoring delivery dates in SAP is one of your tasks. Help us in creating invoices and credits. Transfer custom delivery dates from SAP in Excel to update them on the market with current influences. Your reports help us prioritize deliveries to our customers. Take care of the escalation of late deliveries and their collection in the CRM system.
