Together with your team, you are responsible for the settlement of payrolls for our companies. The following tasks will await you: Self-fulfilment of DATEV's wage and salary bills taking into account tax and social insurance regulations Correspondence with sickness funds and authorities Reporting and certification Care and advice of employees on accounting issues Contact person:in for social security and pay tax audits Management and maintenance of personnel master files in the accounting system Creation of personal statistics and evaluations

Closed commercial training such as Kaufmann / Kauffrau für Büromanagement (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or a completed study with a focus on personnel (e.g. business psychology, work and organizational psychology) or Business Administration / BWL Experience in payroll accounting Knowledge of tax and social security law Versified handling of common wage and salary accounting tools, ideally DATEV LODAS, and fun working with common MS Office programs Interest in process optimization Teamability, communication strength and service orientation Very good German knowledge
